SANTE. À Hennebont, le Stétho’Scop appelle les députés bretons à travailler sur une loi 20.02.2026

The Stétho’Scop, a participatory coordinated care structure (SECPa) in Hennebont, Morbihan, is urging Breton deputies to champion legislation that would formally integrate their community health model into French law. While the Ministry of Health has confirmed full funding for SECPa until the end of 2026 and announced a general rollout for 2027, representatives like Marine Fortin emphasize the need for concrete legal guarantees, ideally by November 1, 2026. The Stétho’Scop has engaged with the CPAM of Lorient, securing a commitment from its director to promote SECPa, and has also informed the ARS of Brittany. The organization is now seeking bipartisan support for a bill to be introduced, aiming to embed the SECPa model within the public health code, and plans further mobilization, including drafting letters to the Prime Minister.
