Schüler wollten ihren beliebten Lehrer veräppeln, doch der Streich endete tödlich 15.03.2026

In Georgia, USA, a prank by five high school students intended to TP their beloved teacher, Jason Hughes (40), took a tragic turn. Hughes, aware of the prank and excited, emerged from his home to catch the students. He slipped on the wet ground, and as the students attempted to flee in their cars, one of them, 18-year-old Jayden Ryan Wallace, accidentally struck him. Despite immediate first aid and medical attention, Hughes succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Wallace was charged with negligent homicide, and his friends with trespassing. However, Hughes's wife, Laura, advocated for dropping charges, stating it would contradict her husband's dedication to his students and that the incident was a devastating accident, not a crime. A judge approved the dismissal of charges, and a memorial was established at the school.
