Tributes continue to pour in following the passing of Police Constable Rico Aquilina, with organisations across Malta remembering him as a dedicated leader, mentor and friend. The Scout Association of Malta paid tribute to Aquilina, describing him as “a dedicated Venture Leader whose positive spirit, collaborative nature, and observant character touched the lives of many.” The association added that through his guidance, support, and commitment, he left a lasting impact on the scouting family, and that his legacy lives on through the memories, lessons, and adventures he shared with those who knew him.
