Shakira takes hard fall onstage mid-concert in El Salvador 09.02.2026

During her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour stop in San Salvador, El Salvador, on Tuesday, singer Shakira, 49, experienced a fall onstage while performing "Si Te Vas." She twisted her ankle, lost her footing, and fell onto her elbow while holding her microphone stand. Despite the tumble, Shakira quickly recovered and continued her performance, later humorously sharing a video of the incident on her Instagram Story, stating she is "made of rubber." The fall, though treated lightly by the artist, caused concern among fans who expressed admiration for her resilience and professionalism. This incident is not the first time Shakira has fallen during a concert, having previously fallen in Montreal, Canada, in May 2025. Her current tour, which began in February 2025, has been highly successful, grossing approximately $421.6 million and attracting over 3.3 million fans worldwide.
