This directive establishes the Sharjah AI Assistant Programme, spearheaded by the Sharjah Digital Department in collaboration with other government entities. The initiative focuses on creating the necessary infrastructure, setting priorities, and enabling widespread AI assistant adoption across the emirate. Furthermore, the plan emphasizes strengthening partnerships with the private sector, academic institutions, and the community to foster innovation, develop national expertise, and enhance Sharjah's digital sovereignty, underscoring the emirate's commitment to a human-centered digital transformation.
