The 39-year-old actor received a sentence of two years' probation, which includes alcohol abuse rehabilitation, sensitivity training, and anger management classes. LaBeouf had faced three misdemeanor counts of simple battery after allegedly being ejected from a bar, striking one victim, leaving, and then returning to assault the same victim and a second person. His attorney described the incident as a "minor bar tussle" and stated LaBeouf is now focused on family, work, and creative projects.
