Gourmet Park OFC, a pop-up food truck cluster developed by Food Truck Nation, has launched at Ocean Financial Centre in Singapore's Central Business District, operating until July 31. The cluster features popular brands like Park Bench Deli, known for signature sandwiches such as Bourdain’s Mortadella and a new steak frites dish; Super Loco offering Mexican fare including Baja Fish tacos; Carnaby Burger Bar, inspired by British diners with options like The Camden burger and a plant-based Impossible burger; and Jamaica Jerk Chicken Co. serving Caribbean flavors with dishes like Jerk Chicken Meal. This initiative aims to create an energetic, social dining experience in the CBD, bringing together notable chefs and brands.
