The Social Democrats' employment spokesperson has expressed great bewilderment regarding his party colleague, Aalborg Mayor Lasse Frimand Jensen, following a controversy over his cooperation with the trade union 3F. The criticism arose when it emerged that the mayor, at the end of April, sent a letter to 92 restaurateurs urging them to sign a collective agreement. The letter was written on 3F's official letterhead, prompting political opponents and experts to criticize the action as inappropriate.
