Sonos is reportedly preparing to launch its first mass-market product of the year, the Sonos Play, a portable speaker that has been accidentally leaked by a Best Buy in Canada. Positioned between the Move 2 and Roam 2, the Play will offer both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi streaming, a USB-C auxiliary port for wired connections, and up to 24 hours of battery life. The leak indicates the speaker will be available in black or white, may include an optional strap, and is slated for release on March 31 with a price of $300. This follows the earlier release of the professional-oriented Amp Multi in January, marking a significant new hardware addition for general consumers.
