This process is specifically designed to accommodate internally displaced persons (IDPs) and military personnel residing in camps. The NEBE aims to facilitate the participation of these groups, ensuring their right to vote is upheld even if they are unable to reach their registered constituencies. Special polling stations will be established at or near the locations where these voters are currently residing, enabling their involvement in the democratic election.
