Foo Jin Wen, a 30-year-old Singaporean woman, has been charged with two counts of sexual penetration involving a 15-year-old boy. The alleged incidents occurred multiple times in October 2025 at an HDB flat in Yishun. Court documents indicate that Foo allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with the minor on four occasions and also performed oral sex on him within the same month and location. A gag order has been placed on the identity of the teenager. The connection between Foo and the minor was not disclosed in the court documents. Foo's next court appearance is scheduled for May 7.
