Storm No. 1 (Maysak) is moving in a north-northwest direction at a speed of 10-15 km/h, expected to make landfall on Hainan Island (China) before entering the Gulf of Tonkin. By the morning of July 4, the storm's center will be approximately 170 km south-southeast of Mong Cai (Quang Ninh), maintaining intensity at Force 8-9 with gusts up to Force 11. From the afternoon of July 4, coastal areas of Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Hung Yen provinces will experience strong winds at Force 6, with areas near the storm's center facing Force 7-8 and gusts up to Force 9-10. Sea waves will reach heights of 2-3 meters, with storm surges of approximately 0.2-0.3 meters.
