Suing Metro Jaya Regional Police, Roy Suryo Files Pre-trial Motion Against Suspect Designation 03.07.2026

Telematics expert Roy Suryo has again filed a pre-trial motion to challenge his designation as a suspect by the Metro Jaya Regional Police in a case related to the diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi). The motion has been registered at the South Jakarta District Court, with the first hearing scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2026. This legal step was taken after Roy Suryo's legal counsel, Abdul Gafur Sangadji, noted discrepancies between the charges read in a separate case and the claims previously touted by supporters of President Jokowi.
