Supreme Court rejects all appeals, paving the way for the certification of results 07.07.2026

The Supreme Court of Kosovo has rejected all electoral appeals, paving the way for the certification of the June 7 election results. In five separate judgments (AA.nr.29/2026 to AA.nr.33/2026), the Court dismissed the claims of the Serbian List, candidate Emilija Rexhepi from NDS, and PDK candidates Bekim Haxhiu and Qëndrim Kryeziu. The Court emphasized that the vote is personal and secret, and that the Voters List does not contain data on ethnic affiliation. Therefore, claims regarding the undermining of guaranteed seats for the Serbian and Bosniak communities, based on statistical and demographic comparisons, were deemed unfounded. Additionally, requests for a full recount of votes were rejected due to a lack of evidence of systemic irregularities. The decisions of the PZAP were confirmed as correct and in accordance with the Constitution and the Law on General Elections.
