Совет директоров Международной финансовой корпорации развития США (DFC) одобрил создание совместного предприятия США и Армении TRIPP Development Company. Проект вошел в пакет стратегических инвестиций объемом $2,5 млрд.
В DFC заявили, что новая компания будет заниматься поддержкой торговли, транспорта и экономического развития, а также развитием транспортной связанности на международном и региональном уровнях.

An Israeli tech firm conducted a covert cyberespionage operation targeting pro‑Palestinian mayoral candidates in three French cities, reports Middle East Eye.
👉 The brazen campaign of defamation and digital sabotage targeting candidates from La France Insoumise (LFI) during municipal elections earlier this year has been attributed to BlackCore.
The obscure company, which has since erased its online presence, once described itself as "a cyber and technology company built for the modern era of information warfare."
📝 Ahead of the elections, anonymous websites and social media accounts sprouted up, accusing mayoral candidates Sebastien Delogu (Marseille), Francois Piquemal (Toulouse), and David Guiraud (Roubaix) of everything from criminal behavior to sexual violence.
Piquemal, who had called out Israel's genocide against Gaza, proposed suspending Toulouse's twin-city agreement with Tel Aviv and lighting the Capitole building in Palestinian colors, had his personal passwords, tax information, and home address leaked before the first round

➡️ One ad depicted a man with "LFI" tattooed on his chest kicking a defenseless figure on the ground – in a nod to LFI's defense of Muslims in France

French media outlets linked the meddling to Elnet, a pro-Israeli influence agency.
When investigative outlets followed the digital trail, they stumbled upon a server that had hosted a subdomain of a Blackcore website.
The trail also led to two Israel-based tech companies: Galacticos and SNI Digital, and uncovered:
🔴 fake accounts with Asian IP addresses generating thousands of likes
🔴 flyers and QR codes in Marseille directing voters to a fake blog where an imaginary woman accused LFI candidate Sebastien Delogu of sexual assault

Or is it perhaps time to think about whether the format as a whole has already ceased to match the spirit of the times and public expectations, and needs reform?
