PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) will distribute a dividend of Rp21.9 trillion to its shareholders, equivalent to 123% of its net profit for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Fiscal Year, held on Monday, June 8, 2026. The distributed dividend includes Rp17.8 trillion from the 2025 net profit and Rp4.2 trillion from previous retained earnings. The dividend payment is scheduled for no later than July 10, 2026. Furthermore, the RUPST also approved a share buyback program worth Rp4 trillion, to be implemented within the next twelve months, and restructured the company's board of commissioners by dismissing Silmy Karim and appointing Edwin Hidayat Abdullah and Anthony Leong.
