The Constitutional Court of BiH has rejected the request of 32 deputies from the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (NSRS) who sought a ruling on the constitutionality of Article 203a of the Criminal Code of BiH and Article 4 of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH. The disputed law was imposed on July 1, 2023, by High Representative Christian Schmidt through his Decision No. 13/23, which was explicitly acknowledged in the Court's statement.
