Speaker of the National Assembly Ana Brnabić spoke out via social media following the first day of the Conference of Speakers of Parliaments of Candidate Countries for EU membership. Brnabić highlighted that she showed European delegates the transformation of Belgrade, particularly through the development of the Belgrade Waterfront project. She emphasized that this part of the city was a neglected area ten years ago, whereas today, thanks to vision, it is one of the most beautiful parts of the capital. Brnabić expressed satisfaction that this change left a strong impression on the guests and that they will carry a positive image of Serbia with them. She also stated that she looks forward to the continuation of the conference and joint work on European integrations, emphasizing the importance of establishing long-term cooperation with European colleagues.
