In an interview with the Swiss publication Weltwoche, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that due to Western interference and the supply of weapons to Ukraine, the special military operation has turned into a full-scale war. Peskov emphasized that Russia has adapted to the economic conditions and is prepared to continue combat operations, noting the progress of the Russian Armed Forces on the front lines. He identified the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Russian regions as a condition for ending the conflict. Regarding global security, Peskov stated that Russia will not initiate World War III, but will only use nuclear weapons in the event of a threat to the existence of the state. He also addressed Europe with four pieces of advice, urging countries to listen to Moscow's concerns and resume dialogue to create a new security architecture. At the same time, he noted that Moscow welcomes Donald Trump's readiness for negotiations, despite existing disagreements.
