The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has dissolved all its committees and frontal organizations, impacting all party posts, including those held by Chairperson Mamata Banerjee and National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee. This significant move follows dissidence from 60 party MLAs who backed Ritabrata Banerjee's claim for the Leader of the Opposition post. The TMC announced that a comprehensive exercise of introspection, performance review, and organizational assessment will be conducted at every level before the party's structure is rebuilt. This decision aims to address internal dissent and re-evaluate the party's organizational framework.
