The Basic Court in Gjakova has decided to impose one month of pre-trial detention for the defendant with the initials E.H., who is suspected of attempted murder and minor bodily injury. The fatal incident occurred on July 5 around 22:30 in Rahovec, near the “C.B.” and “N.Q.B.” establishments, following a momentary disagreement. According to the Prosecution, the suspect stabbed the victim F.M., causing wounds to vital parts of the body, after which the victim was transferred to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (QKUK) for treatment. Additionally, E.H. is suspected of injuring another person, with the initials E.H., by striking them in the leg. This follows the approval of the request by the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova by judge Drilon Haraçia, who assessed that the legal conditions for pre-trial detention have been met.
