Ukraine signed Drone Deals with Denmark, the Netherlands, and Estonia 07.07.2026

On July 7, 2026, at the NATO summit in Ankara, Ukraine entered into three significant Drone Deal agreements with Estonia, the Netherlands, and Denmark. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that these arrangements are aimed at developing joint defense production, exchanging expertise, and ensuring transparency in arms exports. Specifically, the agreement with Estonia emphasized long-term support for Kyiv, while cooperation with the Netherlands will focus on systematic technology exchange. Denmark has become the ninth partner in this format, which will allow it to access combat-proven Ukrainian weaponry. Zelenskyy also emphasized the need to create a European anti-ballistic system and to obtain missiles for Patriot systems. These steps are part of a strategy to build a new security architecture in Europe by expanding a network of partners working on the joint production of drone technologies.
