Une passagère arrêtée à Las Vegas après avoir abandonné son chien à l’aéroport 20.02.2026

A passenger was arrested at Las Vegas' Harry Reid International Airport on the night of February 2nd after abandoning her dog at a JetBlue counter. Airport police responded around 11:39 PM to Terminal 3, where the dog was found tied to a baggage scale. Airline staff had informed the owner that she needed to complete online documentation to travel with the animal as a service dog, but she failed to do so, preventing her from obtaining a boarding pass. The passenger then left the dog and proceeded to her gate, claiming the animal had a tracking device. She was arrested for animal abandonment and resisting arrest after exhibiting hostility. The dog, a two-year-old goldendoodle named "Jet Blue," is now safe with a Las Vegas animal welfare organization awaiting adoption.
