Unternehmensgruppe sichert über 300 Arbeitsplätze bei Münchens ältestem Elektrofachbetrieb 19.02.2026

The Salvia Group GmbH, operating as Salvia Gebäudetechnik, has acquired the core business of the insolvent Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen GmbH, thereby securing over 300 jobs. The deal, announced on February 16th, involves an asset deal for the electrical engineering operations of the Munich-based company, which is recognized as the region's oldest electrical trade business, founded in 1902. While the "Charge One" charging infrastructure division is excluded, 301 jobs are preserved, allowing for continued operations. The acquisition aims to expand Salvia Group's market presence in Bavaria, with the transaction awaiting cartel approval expected in the first quarter of 2026. Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen GmbH will continue as an independent operational unit within the Salvia Group, maintaining its existing leadership and customer relations.
