Initially using platforms like Facebook and Craigslist, he later transitioned to Airbnb, developing a structured business model with professional support, including a dedicated boat transfer service. This venture now generates approximately $70,000 in annual revenue, with about half remaining as profit after covering operational costs. Coderre is reportedly considering selling the island for around $3 million but plans to eventually pass it on to his daughters.
