Vlada Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine je 3. juna, na prijedlog Federalnog ministarstva za pitanja boraca i invalida odbrambeno-oslobodilačkog rata, odobrila 1,72 miliona KM za poboljšanje društveno-ekonomskog statusa pripadnika boračke populacije i očuvanje tekovina odbrambeno-oslobodilačkog rata u 2026. godini. Od ovog iznosa, 555.000 KM dodijeljeno je Fondaciji za pružanje pravne pomoći pripadnicima branilačke populacije Sarajevo, a 285.000 KM Zakladi za pružanje pravne pomoći pripadnicima braniteljske populacije Mostar, pri čemu se 90% sredstava koristi za pravnu pomoć, a 10% za tekuće troškove. Dodatna sredstva od 120.000 KM dodijeljena su Savezu logoraša BiH, 70.000 KM Hrvatskoj udruzi logoraša Domovinskog rata u BiH, te 90.000 KM IDA za istraživačko-dokumentarne aktivnosti. Preostalih 600.000 KM namijenjeno je za stambeno zbrinjavanje RVI i boračke populacije putem Fondacije za rješavanje stambenih pitanja.
