The Department of Tourism (DOT) has officially tapped P-pop sensation BINI as one of the Philippines’ newest tourism ambassadors, recognizing the group’s significant global impact and cultural advocacy. During a courtesy visit on July 3, DOT Secretary Dita Angara-Mathay praised the eight-member group for their extensive knowledge of their respective hometowns, noting that each member represents a different province. Aiah is from Cebu, Jhoanna from Calamba, Laguna, Colet from Tagbilaran, Bohol, Gwen from Albay, Bicol, Sheena from Santiago, Isabela, Maloi from Lemery, Batangas, and Stacey from Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, while Mikha has ties to Cebu, Laguna, Cavite, and Metro Manila.
