The Houthis, through military spokesperson Yahya Sarea, issued a stern warning to target Saudi airports and vital interests if such violations of Yemeni airspace persist, vowing to continue flights to Tehran regardless of consequences. The Saudi-led coalition, which intervened in Yemen in 2015, condemned the Houthi threats on July 4, labeling them as an attempt to divert attention from the group's transgressions against the Yemeni people and promising a firm, forceful response to any attacks on the kingdom or violations of Yemeni sovereignty.
