Zanzibar attracts $50 million real estate investment as Floton unveils three projects 07.06.2026

Floton Africa has announced three new real estate projects in Zanzibar, collectively valued at over $50 million, signaling robust investor confidence in the archipelago's tourism and property markets. These developments—Rivora Beach Club & Residences, Hola Paje, and YOLO Residences—were showcased at the ZIPA Investment Summit 2026. The initiatives aim to enhance residential offerings and tourism infrastructure, responding to increased foreign investment and a rise in visitor numbers and property demand. Rivora will feature beachfront residences with hospitality and wellness amenities. Hola Paje will be situated in the popular Paje tourism and remote work hub. YOLO Residences will provide housing for long-term residents and investors, driven by tourism-linked demand. These projects align with Zanzibar's strategy to draw foreign capital into key sectors like tourism and real estate.
